- Are you a man or woman between the ages of 50 and 65 years?
- Is your income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level according to the income eligibility chart?
If you answered YES to both of these questions you can get a FREE colon cancer screening!
You can have health insurance and still qualify if:
Your insurance is major medical and does not pay for preventative care
OR
Your insurance has a deductible that is more than $100.00 and you have not paid down the deductible yet
