Cancer screening is the best way to prevent cancer death!

You may be eligible for free breast and cervical cancer screenings

• Are you a woman?
• Are you between the ages of 40 and 65 years?
• Is your income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level according to the income eligibility chart?

If you answered YES to all of these questions you can get a FREE mammogram and/or PAP test!

You can have health insurance and still qualify if:

Your insurance is major medical and does not pay for preventative care

OR

Your insurance has a deductible that is more than $100.00 and you have not paid down the deductible yet
