Oral Health > For Childcare Providers
The Yakima Health District Oral Health program offers two services for childcare facilities.

First, STARS classes are taught twice a year to earn STARS credit in the area of Health, Safety & Nutrition. Depending on availablity, this class may be taught in both English and Spanish. Please check our Schedule for this and other STARS classes.

Second, presentations are available at no cost to your facility. The Yakima Health District will come to your facility, teach children about proper dental hygiene, and provide you with the equipment needed to properly care for teeth (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.).
